One thing about Formal Normal is being able to keep your composure even in the worsts of times, thus one of the things that is the normal part, just go with it and let it be,however address's the problem at hand with the utmost respect and not letting the person who is trying to get to you that truly makes you Formal Normal ...like a Sir indeed.

One of the things about formal normal would have to be teas, got to love them they are good for you and not to mention they tatse great. One of the best tea comes from Arizona .man oh man do they have good tea and othe amazing drinks and not to mention they always have great deals and prices. So there is this person who  should not be named but is really annoying to begin with, last year she bitched and complain and this year she did the same know women complain about everything but honestly she is a endless person that complains about everything , never I never ask what’s wrong with her or else  I will get an endless story about the most random stuff, guys and the friend zone, complains about other girls, Beatles, who is hot and who is not and this and that about GLEE oh god . How I don't enjoy those talks. We all got problems but geez endless rants about everything even when there is nothing to complain about.

back in the office again a new year and same stuff

so the new started and well not much to say but thet same as last time, however Formal Normal is still progressing and building its way so, just keep stopping by and watch as we keep moving on up
