so for the last 5 or so month the in take of Olympian lab's Pea Protein has had quite an impact, no w the combination of the two thing might sound a bit strange , however it does provide the essentials for a break fast and muscle building as well a well balance breakfast ....Formal Normal don't breakfast take some pea Protein

So part of us here at Formal Normal we love ties, all sorts of ties. with that said we love collecting ties one tie we are on the look out for it the infamous wooden tie from vat19, however men's ware house has some good ties too ..... on goal to make it to get a formal Normal Tie. FormalNormal

Mr. Skas and I (tramp) have made a new logo, very easy very simple but sends the message. The font shows class, elegance and art. The simple mustache and service icon have represented what formal Normal is all about. Giving back the community with everyday good deeds while keeping it professional .we enjoys ties….. Like a lot of them, and ice cream cones (the cold kind) while Skas enjoys the visual life style, where I enjoy simple yet adventurous life style.  The era of Formal Normal   has begun ……

Tres-formers

Today was a bit of a mission, while we did our usual office work, print, help students and a run to the quick copy, we had a side mission. Which was to head to Target north of our college in search of a Shrek toy of some sort for a child’s Christmas gift, however Shrek is one of those movie things at the moment now, here today gone tomorrow.so spent about 45 minutes looking for it at Target, found a guy named David that worked there told us they had nothing of that sort.so we booked it to Kohl’s…. yeah nothing there either. So with sad turn out we called our person in charged told them nothing was found and said…… “Find something a seven year old would like” so back to target, back to the toys said hi to David again and picked up not one or two transformers but Tres (three) Roy was so happy , his words “ man when he open his gifts he is going to be super happy :D wish we could have seen the kids face.

The Gulp comes in many sizes : The Gulp,Super Big Gulp, Double Gulp, Mega Gulp and the Team Gulp. Now most people but drinks at the place they get their food but its better if you travel to a local 7 Eleven and but a gulp because you may pay a bit now but refills on these cups are as cheap as under 2 dollars. * yes even for the team and mega. do the math you pay about less than 5 dollars for the gulp * size may vary* but they you make refills for about less than 2 so in about 3 trips to the 7 Eleven your out for the red and you got your money back and something to drink. these drinks are so big you need to share them with a friend these "Gulp" cups are a great investment and save you some money during the holiday season, saving money is formal normal.

Three Ghost on December 12th

So this morning while doing a morning run to the quick copy (publications) our secretary was yelling GOOD MORNING! To basically everyone, She seemed a tad more joyful than usual since she is always mean  like hard to the core mean . so I began to think she  was visited by three ghost the night before , Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, and Bruce Lee . Marley told her to chill out be more laid back and take it easy. Jackson gave her the gift of sight, hence look at everything you have and give back to the community and to open her heart up. Now Bruce Lee not really sure why he showed up , perhaps to help her keep fighting  with a powerful fierce fighting spirit . Whatever the case I think it was for the best…..and yeah sure it was raining outside and she had her huge umbrella but we all seen the wizard of Oz we know what happen when water hit the witch ….

So we are getting cold

So the weather here in orange county tended to change at any given second so we sport the scarf formal normal it's got out side or cold sport a scarf fashionable and keep thy neck warm
